Reciprocal Clubs

On production of proof of membership, members of reciprocal clubs shall be eligible to use the facilities of the respective club. Such members may;

  • Enjoy full playing golf rights without payment of green fees.
  • Play golf at any time the course is open, subject to a visiting member’s entitlement to play being restricted to the same level of entitlement enjoyed by a member at their home club and subject also, to such restrictions which may be imposed from time to time by the respective Match Committee in relation to the use of the course.
  • Play in club competitions, other than major club/inter-club championship events.
  • Have their name placed on a waiting list and being eligible to play in that competition only on the occurrence of a vacancy or cancellation and, then, only after members on the waiting list have been accommodated.
  • Be required to pay such entry or competition fees as are applicable to club members.
  • Win and retain a trophy in such competitions, except club perpetual, inter-club trophies, or monthly medals.
  • Have access to available amenities of the club house subject to such conditions that exist from time to time as to the use thereof, for example, dress rules, hours of operation, general decorum, and standards of behaviour.
